Junior Sales Executive

Job Description:

The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting sales activities for cybersecurity and IT solutions. This includes outbound calls, customer sourcing, initial qualification, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires building long-term customer relationships, understanding product offerings, and supporting off-site sales activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce cybersecurity and IT solution products to potential clients.
  • Source new customers and perform pre-screening to qualify leads.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and propose new IT solutions that match their needs.
  • Coordinate with product and marketing teams to support sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Prepare sales documents, quotations, proposals, and manage customer databases.
  • Set sales targets in collaboration with the product team.
  • Participate in off-site sales activities, customer visits, or events.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer engagement, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cybersecurity product sales through multiple channels, including cold calling and online outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, pricing comparisons, product presentations, and project-specific documentation.
  • Source and identify potential customers, especially those with demand for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Present and recommend cybersecurity products that match customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand new customer segments.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely updates on progress.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform client visits, product demonstrations, and on-site sales activities as necessary.
  • Follow department plans and strategies to support business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer concerns promptly.

The Sales Product Manager Tier 3 is responsible for leading product sales planning, promotions, and strategic campaigns to increase product visibility and cybersecurity solution revenue. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, managing product activities, presenting detailed technical proposals, and supporting both internal teams and clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, deep product understanding, and the ability to drive product growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotional plans, and marketing activities to enhance product visibility and cybersecurity sales performance.
  • Represent the organization in product-related events, seminars, roadshows, partner activities, and exhibitions to create awareness and expand product opportunities.
  • Prepare documentation, lead pipeline reviews, and manage coordination with GM/CSM, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Join monthly or periodic GM/CSM meetings to align with sales direction and support sales representatives in achieving targets.
  • Present product features, technical details, and demonstrations to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Develop training materials and product knowledge programs for internal teams, including technical staff and sales partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers and partners to increase product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, pricing comparisons, and project-related documentation.
  • Analyze competitor strategies, product positioning, and market trends to improve product competitiveness.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ISO & Compliance Officer to lead the organization’s compliance framework, ISO standards implementation, risk governance, and regulatory alignment. This role involves driving ISO/IEC 27001 implementation, overseeing legal compliance (PDPA, Cybersecurity Law, E-Tax), strengthening internal controls, and ensuring operational governance for MSP and cybersecurity services.

This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and at least 10 years of experience in Compliance, ISMS, Risk Management, or Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance Management
  • Act as the compliance expert for the organization; define guidelines, policies, and compliance frameworks
  • Conduct Compliance Gap Analysis and develop improvement strategies
  • Monitor legal & regulatory compliance: PDPA, E-Tax, Cybersecurity Regulations, IT laws
  • Coordinate closely with legal teams, regulators, and external authorities
  • Track regulatory changes and communicate impacts across departments
  1. ISO Standards Leadership (ISO/IEC 27001 & Related Standards)
  • Lead ISMS implementation according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022
  • Design processes, Risk Treatment Plan, SoA, and control implementations
  • Lead both Internal and External Audits
  • Track NCRs and oversee corrective/preventive actions
  • Provide guidance on related standards: ISO 27002, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, ESG/Privacy frameworks
  1. Managed Service Provider (MSP) Governance
  • Oversee IT Operation, SOC, and Managed Services to ensure compliance and service quality
  • Evaluate service processes and enhance SOP, OLA, SLA
  • Provide operational and SOC advisory to improve service efficiency
  • Support customer/vendor audits and strengthen service security requirements
  1. Risk Management & Internal Control
  • Lead assessment of IT Risk, Compliance Risk, and Operational Risk
  • Develop Risk Assessment & Mitigation Frameworks
  • Evaluate internal controls for strength and transparency
  • Prepare organizational-level risk analysis and executive reports
  1. Training, Awareness & Organization Development
  • Develop compliance and ISMS training for staff at all levels
  • Provide advisory to management for decision-making
  • Promote organization-wide Security Awareness Culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years in Compliance, ISO, ISMS, Risk Management, or Governance
  • Experience in IT, Cloud, SOC, Cybersecurity, or MSP preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301, ISO 20000
  • Knowledge of CA, E-Tax, SOC 2 Type II, ESG
  • Experience in external/customer audits
  • Expertise in evidence management & document control
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, SOC, and Cybersecurity frameworks
  • Excellent English communication (Good–Excellent)
