BMSP had the opportunity to participate in Pax8 BEYOND 2026, held from June 7–9, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. This international event brought together Managed Service Providers (MSPs), technology leaders, and business partners from around the world to explore emerging trends, exchange industry insights, and discover new opportunities to drive business growth through cloud, cybersecurity, and AI innovation in the digital era. The event also allowed BMSP to connect with more than 100 MSP-friendly vendors, learn about new features and product roadmaps directly from technology providers, and attend MSP Academy Training to further strengthen our capabilities in building a sustainable and successful MSP business.
BMSP remains committed to enhancing its services and solutions to keep pace with the rapid transformation of the industry. This is especially important as the role of MSPs continues to evolve toward a new concept known as the Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP). This approach goes beyond traditional IT management by leveraging data, automation, and AI to help customers make smarter decisions, strengthen security, and achieve sustainable business growth.
One of the key takeaways from BEYOND 2026 was that AI is no longer just an additional technology layer. It is becoming a core driver of modern MSP operations. Service providers must begin by transforming their own organizations, including internal processes, team capabilities, technology tools, and the way they deliver value to customers. For BMSP, this direction aligns closely with our mission to develop solutions that not only address technology needs but also create measurable business outcomes for our customers.
The event also highlighted the growing importance of cybersecurity in the AI era. In addition, BEYOND 2026 reinforced that the future growth of MSPs requires more than determination alone. It calls for clear systems, processes, and strategies.
