The conference provided a valuable platform for exchanging insights, strategies, and business growth opportunities in Managed Security and Cybersecurity.
During the event, BMSP also had the opportunity to take a photo with Mr. Sylvain Lejeune, Vice President Sales Asia Pacific & Japan at WatchGuard Technologies. This moment reflected the strong relationship and ongoing collaboration between BMSP and WatchGuard in driving cybersecurity solutions for organizations across the region.
The WatchGuard IMPACT Partner Conference 2026 – APAC highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovation, and measurable business impact in today’s rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. Through the event, BMSP gained valuable perspectives on market trends, partner strategies, technology development, and opportunities to further strengthen cybersecurity services for customers.
Key conference highlights included the introduction of Rai AI, designed to help MSPs detect, triage, and respond to threats faster, enabling partners to create stronger service value and new revenue opportunities. Another important focus was the addition of Cloud Detection and Response (Cloud DR), which addresses key challenges such as Shadow AI, Shadow IT, misconfigurations, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). This capability is expected to be a significant game-changer for the SMB market. The conference also emphasized the importance of integrating PSA, RMM, and API capabilities to streamline support operations, improve billing processes, and enhance overall service efficiency for MSPs.
BMSP remains committed to enhancing its strategic readiness, technology capabilities, and collaboration with global partners. By bringing back new knowledge, best practices, and innovations from international events such as this, BMSP aims to further improve its Managed Security and Cybersecurity Solutions for customers in Thailand and the Southeast Asia region.
