BMSP Joins Kaspersky 2026 APAC Partner Conference to Explore Regional Cybersecurity Directions

From 9–12 June, Nakarin Jirakul, Chief Security Officer (CSO) of BMSP, attended the Kaspersky 2026 APAC Partner Conference in Seoul, South Korea. The event provided an opportunity to explore the latest cybersecurity directions across the Asia-Pacific region and exchange insights with cybersecurity experts and partners from multiple countries.

The conference highlighted how cybersecurity is expanding beyond traditional protection to cover broader enterprise infrastructure, including cloud environments, networks, industrial infrastructure, and Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Modern SOCs increasingly rely on real-time threat intelligence and AI-powered technologies to enhance detection, investigation, and incident response capabilities.

One of the key topics discussed was the growing complexity of cyber threats, particularly Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), as well as AI-enabled threats that are making attacks more efficient and sophisticated. Industries highlighted as key targets included financial services, manufacturing, government agencies, and organizations with large-scale digital infrastructure. These sectors typically manage critical data and operational systems that require high levels of continuity and resilience.

From BMSP’s perspective, these developments are highly relevant to organizations in Thailand and across ASEAN. Many businesses are accelerating digital transformation, increasing cloud adoption, connecting IT and OT systems, and integrating AI into daily operations. While these changes create new opportunities and improve business efficiency, they also expand the organizational attack surface and require a more comprehensive approach to cybersecurity.

Another important highlight of the event was the focus on enterprise security platforms such as EDR, XDR, SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and Managed Detection and Response (MDR). These technologies reflect the need for organizations to gain complete visibility across their environments, rather than relying on isolated detection tools. Effective cybersecurity today requires connected data, rapid analysis, and a structured response capability.

For BMSP, the conference served as an important opportunity to stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and cybersecurity strategy from a regional stage. The knowledge gained from the event will support BMSP in further strengthening its consulting, solution design, and customer support capabilities, helping organizations enhance their cybersecurity posture in ways that fit their specific business context.

BMSP believes that the next era of cybersecurity must go beyond simply deploying tools. It requires building a complete security ecosystem that brings together technology, processes, people, threat intelligence, and continuous response capabilities. Organizations that prepare today will be better positioned to reduce risk, improve resilience, and build long-term trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

BMSP’s participation in this conference reinforces its role as a cybersecurity partner committed to continuously tracking global technologies and threat trends. By bringing back regional insights and practical knowledge, BMSP remains ready to deliver value to Thai organizations and help them respond confidently to the fast-changing cyber threat landscape.
